Blahhh.

Erm.

I am hungry. That is about the only interesting thing I have to say right now.

Sitting in Keyboarding class, I listen to the steady typing of my classmates and the occasional chatter, wishing this period was longer. It's the only class where we rarely do the same thing every day, and it's less noisy with the lack of seventh graders. As Mrs. Wisdom walks around monitering and helping people, I dream of the clock ever so slowly ticking it's way to 2:40. Then I try to imagine what kind of food my step mom will bring me. I'm extremely hungry, you see. Part of our History assignment was to fast. Luckily, it doesn't last very long; one meal. But it feels like it's been an eternity by the time the next meal rolls around. Which it hasn't, for me. Yet.
"Would anyone like to re-take the test?" Mrs. Wisdom asks, as my stomach gives an involuntary snarl. I give a kind of mumbled "Naw" in reply while everyone else replies in their own caveman dialogue, caused by their lack of focus on anything else but the computer screen. (At least they don't have headphones on, like the person in the same row as me who shall remain nameless. But most of us know who that is. >.^) Headphones seem to put you into another world, if there's music playing. It's like you are one with the computer. Very zen... or something. I'm not even entirely sure what "zen" is.
My back starts to ache, so I straighten up and resurface in the world we grudgingly call reality. I overhear the teacher discussing someone's blog with the student, "I go to a christian school... I come from Pluto... my favorite food is dirt..." says the student. (I swear, this is what I heard. Don't ask.) "Very good," replies Mrs. Wisdom, chuckling as she says it. I'm uncertain as to whether or not I'd like to follow the rest of this conversation.
"Alright, time to switch." The teacher says.
Or right, that's me.
Well... I'm off then.
"Coming..." I say as my friends call.
